LONDON (Alliance News) - Project management and technical consultancy WYG PLC on Monday said it has been awarded a EUR13.1 million four-year technical assistance contract by the European Investment Bank.
WYG said the contract, due to start this month, has been awarded by the EIB on behalf of the Western Balkans Investment Framework.
WYG is the lead partner on a consortium which will provide technical assistance on infrastructure projects in the Western Balkans region under the contract.
"We are delighted to have secured a key role on the latest phase of this major, long term investment programme," said WYG Chief Executive Paul Hamer.
WYG shares were up 4.3% to 114.2 pence.
