LONDON (Alliance News) - WPP PLC on Thursday said its Ogilvy & Mather marketing subsidiary has bought South Africa-based digital design agency Gloo Digital Design.
WPP did not provide any financial details on the acquisition.
Gloo posted revenue of ZAR70.5 million for the year to the end of June, WPP said.
Shares in WPP were up 1.1% to 1,246 pence on Tuesday.
