LONDON (Alliance News) - WPP PLC Wednesday said that Kantar, its wholly-owned data investment management arm, has sold Center Partners in the US to Qualfon Inc.
The media buying giant said Center Partners is a customer sales and support company which made revenue of almost USD110 million in 2013 and employs 2,500 people in the US.
Qualfon is a leading business outsourcing and call centre service provider based in Monterrey, Mexico.
WPP did not announce the financial details of the divestment.
The company said that its decision to divest Center Partners will allow its Kantar division to focus on its core data investment management business.
