LONDON (Alliance News) - Advertising and marketing giant WPP PLC on Wednesday said its GroupM business has struck a deal to acquire a majority stake in South Africa-based marketing agency Yonder Media.
Yonder, founded in 2005, is a mobile-first digital and social media agency.
No financial details on the deal were disclosed.
WPP shares were up 0.5% to 1,492.00 pence on Wednesday.
