LONDON (Alliance News) - WPP PLC said Friday its media investment management group GroupM has bought marketing services product company The Exchange Lab for an undisclosed sum.
The Exchange Lab is headquartered in London and has offices in New York, Chicago, Singapore and Toronto. It has developed a technology dubbed 'Proteus', which allows for a complete view of all programmatic channels and partners.
In 2014, Exchange Lab produced revenues of GBP21.4 million, and it had gross assets of GBP11.5 million at the end of that year.
Shares in WPP were down 1.4% at 1,508.00 pence Friday afternoon.
