LONDON (Alliance News) - Media and advertising group WPP PLC on Thursday said its Grey Group marketing communications arm has agreed to acquire a majority stake in China's Easycom Group.
Easycom is a social marketing agency based in Shanghai, focused on key opinion leader management, social content creation and campaign management, social to offline event activation, media relations and crisis management.
No financial details on the agreement were disclosed.
Shares in WPP were up 1.0% to 1,700.65 pence.
