WPP's Grey Buys US-Based Mobile App Developer ArcTouch

LONDON (Alliance News) - Advertising and marketing group WPP PLC on Wednesday said its Grey marketing communications agency has acquired mobile application development firm ArcTouch Inc.

WPP did not provide any financial details on the transaction but said San Francisco-based ArcTouch generated revenue of USD14.0 million in 2015.

The company makes mobile applications on behalf of its clients, which includes a number of media and entertainment companies and marketing agencies.

WPP shares were up 0.5% to 1,470.00 pence.
