LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed advertising group WPP PLC on Tuesday said it has acquired a majority stake in Nicole Weber Communications GmbH via its Commarco GmbH German marketing services agency.
WPP did not provide any financial information on the stake acquired in Nicole Weber, a full-service public relations house focused on lifestyle industries.
WPP shares were up 0.1% to 1,430.65 pence on Tuesday.
