LONDON (Alliance News) - WPP PLC said Tuesday its wholly owned operating company, Burson Cohn & Wolfe, purchased US branding, content & design agency Hirshorn-Zuckerman Design Group Inc.
The amount paid by FTSE 100-listed WPP was not disclosed.
The US agency posted revenue of approximately USD23.5 million in 2017. Its clients include Hilton Worldwide, Salesforce and Tishman Speyer's Rockefeller Center.
Burson Cohn & Wolfe is a part of WPP's Public Relations & Public Affairs division which generates revenue of around USD1.7 billion a year and employs about 10,000 people.
Shares in WPP were down 0.9% Tuesday at 1,223.00 pence each.
