LONDON (Alliance News) - WPP PLC said Monday it has agreed to acquire Mexico digital customer relationship management company Cacto Arte e Ideas SA De CV for an undisclosed sum.
Cacto is expected to produce revenues of close to MXN30 million, equivalent to GBP1.2 million at current exchange rates, in 2015. It is expected to have gross assets of nearly MXN27 million at the end of 2015, or around GBP1.1 million.
The company was founded in 2007, employs 40 people. and is based in Mexico city.
Shares in WPP were up 1.1% at 1,526.31 pence Monday afternoon.
