LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment company Worthington Group PLC on Friday said it has secured its seventh extension to the deadline for Nuna Minerals AS to make an offer for the company.
Nuna Minerals is in talks to obtain so-called 'rescue' refinancing from Greenland Mining Management Ltd with a view to then subsequently making an offer for Worthington. Worthington said it understands progress has been made on its process.
The deadline has now been extended to January 8, 2016, from December 11 previously.
Worthington shares remain suspended.
