LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment company Worthington Group PLC Friday said it has secured an eighth extension to the deadline for Nuna Minerals AS to make an offer for the company.
Nuna Minerals is in talks to obtain so-called 'rescue' refinancing from Greenland Mining Management Ltd with a view to then subsequently making an offer for Worthington.
Worthington said it understands progress has been made on its process after the proposed refinancing proposals were approved by Nuna shareholders in November.
The deadline has now been extended to February 5.
Worthington shares remain suspended.
