LONDON (Alliance News) - Workspace Group PLC on Thursday said it will sell its Stratford redevelopment project for GBP15 million cash and the return of a new business centre.
The business space manager has exchanged contracts to dispose of its Marshgate Business Centre redevelopment in Stratford, which contains 200 residential units, in return for GBP15 million in cash and a 33,000 square foot business centre.
"Having successfully received planning consent on Marshgate, we are pleased to have now sold this scheme at a price in line with its valuation," said Workspace Chief Executive Officer Jamie Hopkins.
Shares in Workspace were down 1.6% at 1,058.00 pence on Thursday.
