LONDON (Alliance News) - John Wood Group PLC Thursday said its Mustang automation and control unit is providing process control systems, detailed engineering, procurement and fabrication services for the multi-billion dollar expansion project by ExxonMobil Corp at the Baytown and Mont Belvieu plants near Houston.
"WG Mustang Automation and Control's multi-million dollar project scope includes procurement, integration and packaging of the distributed control systems, safety instrumented systems, analyzers, information and telecommunications systems, and other associated equipment that will help the expanded plants to run safely, efficiently and within environment regulations," it said.
It didn't give any other details about the deal.
Wood Group shares were up 1.6% at 668.61 pence Thursday morning.
