LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed building products company Wolseley PLC on Monday said it has handed its audit contract to Deloitte.
Deloitte will replace PricewaterhouseCoopers on the contract, following completion of the audit for its financial year to the end of July.
"We thank PricewaterhouseCoopers for their significant contribution and dedication as Wolseley's auditors and we look forward to working with Deloitte in the future," said Darren Shapland, chairman of Wolseley's audit committee.
Shares in Wolseley were up 1.1% to 4,197.00 pence on Monday.
