(Alliance News) - WM Morrison Supermarkets PLC on Thursday said Neil Davidson and Tony van Kralingen will step down from their roles on the board in April to pursue other interests.
The FTSE-100 grocer said Non-Executive Director & Chair of the Corporate Compliance and Responsibility Committee Neil Davidson will step down on April 26.
Non-Executive Director & Remuneration Committee Chair Tony van Kralingen will step down on April 29. Director Kevin Havelock will succeed him as remuneration committee chair.
Shares in WM Morrison closed 3.4% higher at 179.55 pence each on Thursday in London.
