LONDON (Alliance News) - Wizz Air Holdings PLC Monday said it is set to start flying from its ninth airport in Romania after announcing it will start flights from Constanta in June.
The Central and Eastern Europe-based budget carrier said it will start offering a twice weekly service from Constanta to London Luton from June 15.
"With this new Constanta route we aim to stimulate tourism and business relations and allow low fare access to the beautiful Romanian Black Sea coast. In addition, our Romanian customers can avail of another link to the UK capital," said Wizz Air spokesman Daniel de Carvalho.
Shares in Wizz Air were down 0.7% to 1,368.80 pence on Monday.
