LONDON (Alliance News) - Wireless Group PLC on Friday confirmed it will pay a special dividend of 6.15 pence per share after completing the sale of UTV Television.
The special dividend will be paid to shareholders on July 15.
The company became known as Wireless Group after changing its named from UTV Media PLC on the sale of its television business to ITV Broadcasting Ltd.
Shares in Wireless were up 2.2% at 195.00 pence on Friday.
