Checkit PLC, up 23% at 17.50 pence, 12-month range 11.08p-22.00p. Launches formal sale process, citing a "disparity" between improving performance and its AIM valuation. Appoints Singer Capital Markets to support the process. Says it has received six unsolicited approaches from credible international parties over the past nine months, including private equity and strategic buyers, though no active discussions are ongoing. The process aims to broaden interest and maximise value under UK takeover rules.
