LONDON (Alliance News) - Supply chain services company Wincanton PLC Wednesday said it has secured a renewal of its contract with food company HJ Heinz, meaning it will continue to handle Heinz UK's transport, warehouse and repack operations until at least 2019.
No financial details were disclosed on the contract.
"We are proud and delighted to extend our partnership with Heinz, and are now firmly focused on looking at future innovations that we can implement to add further value to their business," said Eric Born, Wincanton's chief executive.
Shares in Wincanton were up 0.5% to 152.95 pence on Wednesday.
