LONDON (Alliance News) - Logistics firm Wincanton PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director David Radcliffe is to step down from the board at the end of 2019.
Wincanton did not give a reason for his departure, but did say it would be hiring a new non-executive.
Chair Martin Read said: "When David leaves us at the end of this year, he will have completed seven years of loyal and dedicated service to the company for which we are extremely grateful.
"We shall be recruiting a successor in due course and will update the market accordingly."
Wincanton shares were 0.8% higher on Friday at a price of 249 pence each.
