LONDON (Alliance News) - Logistics firm Wincanton PLC said Thursday it hired distribution industry veteran James Wroath to replace current Chief Executive Officer Adrian Colman before October.
Wroath is currently North American chief operating officer at airline catering firm LSG Sky Chefs, a role he has held since 2015. Prior to this he was senior vice president at Swiss logistics firm Kuehne & Nagel in the UK and North America from 2006.
Colman - CEO since 2015 - will be retiring but will remain in post until Wroath joins in order to ensure an orderly handover. Wroath is expected to join before the end of October.
Shares in Wincanton were 1.0% lower at 251.55 pence on Thursday.
