Under the contract renewal, Wincanton will operate out of Valero's network of UK terminals, transporting more than two billion litres of fuel a year. It also got a new five-year deal to take over the scheduling and planning of Valero's deliveries, including taking and managing customer orders.
Wincanton shares were up 5.5% at 105.75 pence Monday morning.
