LONDON (Alliance News) - Wilmington Group PLC Thursday said Pedro Ros, former head of WPP PLC unit TNS, will join its board on July 14 and then become its new chief executive on October 1
Wilmington had said in February that current CEO Charles Brady intended to retire after 12 years at the helm. Brady had overseen the company's transformation from a trade magazine and directory publisher focused primarily on the UK into a provider of information, compliance and education to professional markets.
Ros left WPP in 2012 and became Head of Strategic Insight at communications company Creston PLC, a role which he will relinquish on June 13, according to Wilmington.
Wilmington Group shares were up 1.6% at 193 pence Thursday morning.
