William Hill To Repurchase GBP170 Million Worth Of Notes

LONDON (Alliance News) - William Hill PLC on Tuesday that GBP170.1 million worth of 4.250% of guaranteed notes due 2020 were validly tendered for purchase pursuant to a previously announced tender offer.

The bookmaker earlier in April invited holders of its GBP375 million 4.250% Guaranteed Notes due 2020 to tender such notes for purchase by the company for cash.

Notes purchased by the company pursuant to the tender offer are expected to be cancelled and will not be re-issued or re-sold. Following settlement of the offer, GBP204.8 million in aggregate principal amount of the notes remain outstanding.

Shares in William Hill were trading 1.3% lower at 161.80 pence each on Tuesday afternoon.
