LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 250-listed bookmaker William Hill PLC announced a tender offer Tuesday for its 4.25% guaranteed notes due 2020, with an outstanding principal amount of GBP375.0 million.
William Hill said the offer is to "proactively manage the company's upcoming debt redemption and to extend its debt maturity profile". The company is expected to issue new notes.
William Hill will not re-issue or re-sell the notes its buys back.
Shares in William Hill were down 0.9% Tuesday at 165.80 pence each.
