LONDON (Alliance News) - Security and defence equipment provider Westminster Group PLC Wednesday said a settlement is imminent with respects to the dispute it is having with the sellers of CTAC Ltd, which it acquired in 2010.
The company acquired CTAC Ltd, a provider of high end security solutions, in a deal worth up to GBP1.8 million depending on future performance.
Westminster Group said it has agreed to stay the proceedings about the dispute, which means court proceedings have been halted.
Westminster Group shares were quoted down 4.5% at 50.26 pence Wednesday morning.
