(Alliance News) - Security provider Westminster Group PLC on Monday said the coronavirus outbreak has not resulted in a significant disruption to its business.
The Banbury-based company said that it has experienced only a minor disruption to its activities and travel, adding that its West African airport operations have not been hurt.
What's more, as at Monday morning, Westminster had recorded sales of around USD720,000 in relation to enquiries for fever detection and associated equipment.
Looking ahead, the company said: "Given the dynamic situation in respect of the response to the current coronavirus pandemic, it is difficult to forecast future demand. However, we consider that the supply of fever screening and associated equipment will represent a material element of our business during the current financial period."
The stock was trading 8.3% lower at 7.33 pence each on Monday morning in London.
