Wentworth Ups Chesterfield Group Stake, Stephen Catterson Sells His (ALLISS)

4th Apr 2018 15:16

LONDON (Alliance News) - Chesterfield Group PLC, a special purpose acquisition company focused on the mining sector, said Wednesday Stephen Catterson and Wentworth Ltd lowered and increased their stakes in the company respectively in November.

Wentworth doubled their holding on the first day in November from 3.5% to 7%, now owning 2.0 million shares. Catterson sold off his entire 3.5% interest on the same day.

Shares in Chesterfield were temporarily suspended early November as it agreed non-binding heads of terms over the possible takeover of HKP Exploration Ltd, with the deal classified as a reverse takeover.

Chesterfield had hoped the deal would be complete in early 2018, but no announcement has been made since November.
