Wentworth Resources To Get USD3.1 Million For Gas Sales In Tanzania

LONDON (Alliance News) - Wentworth Resources Ltd said on Tuesday that Tanzania Petroleum Development Corp authorised USD3.1 million payment for gas sales generated from the Mnazi Bay Concession.

The AIM-listed oil & gas company said that it achieved highest monthly production volumes during March. The average production from the Mnazi Bay gas field was 83.0 million standard cubic feet per day in March, up from 80.0 million Wentworth Resources recorded in February.

The stock was trading 3.2% lower at 27.10 pence per share on Tuesday.
