LONDON (Alliance News) - East Africa-focused oil and gas company Wentworth Resources Ltd on Wednesday said gas deliveries have started from the Mnazi Bay project in Tanzania.
Production volumes from the gas pipeline are currently around 33 million cubic feet per day, and this should reached around 80 million per day in the fourth quarter.
The company has received a gross payment of USD3.8 million for the October gas deliveries from the pipeline.
Wentworth shares were up 7.1% to 33.74 pence on Wednesday.
