Weiss Asset Management Holds 14% Stake In Aberdeen Private Equity (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Ltd said on Thursday that Weiss Asset Management now holds a 14.11% interest in the fund, following a transaction last Monday.

It has not been disclosed what stake, if any, Weiss previously held.

Shares in the closed-end investment company were down 1.0% at 139.04 pence on Thursday.
