LONDON (Alliance News) - Gaming company and racetrack operator Webis Holdings PLC on Thursday said its WatchandWager.com subsidiary has renewed its simulcast wagering and video streaming deal with the New York Racing Association.
The deal will mean WatchandWager customers will be able to gamble on all racetracks operated by the association.
"We are proud to be selected to take the NYRA signal and are delighted to be able to offer the Belmont Stakes to WatchandWager customers," said Ed Comins, WatchandWager's president.
In March, Webis said it was planning to focus its efforts on the WatchandWager business and said it would close down its BetInternet.com unit, having failed to attract any viable bids for the division.
Shares in Webis were flat at 0.65 pence on Thursday.
