LONDON (Alliance News) - Warehouse REIT PLC said Wednesday the stakes of two major investors were reduced following a share placing by the real estate investment trust, whilst another built a more than 6% holding.
On Tuesday, Warehouse issued 74.3 million shares as part of a GBP76.5 million fundraise.
Following this, Investec Wealth & Investment Ltd - which previously had a 27% stake in the firm - saw its 54.4 million share stake fall to a 23% holding. Similarly, Woodford Investment Management Ltd saw its 5.0% stake dip below the notifiable threshold.
In contrast, Prudential PLC reported it had built a 14.7 million share holding in Warehouse on Tuesday. This represented a 6.1% share of the 240.3 million shares outstanding in Warehouse following the placing.
Shares in Warehouse REIT were 0.6% higher at 103.61 pence on Wednesday.
