(Alliance News) - Luxury interior furnishings firm Walker Greenbank PLC on Wednesday announced a change at the top of its finance team.
Chief Financial Officer Mike Grant has departed with immediate effect to "pursue other interests", the company said, after nearly six years at Walker Greenbank.
Replacing him is "highly experienced" finance executive Michael Williamson, who joins both the company and the board with immediate effect, though on an interim basis. The search for a permanent CFO is ongoing, the company said.
Williamson has for the past three years been working on a consultancy basis for listed businesses, private equity firms, and entrepreneurs, Walker Greenbank said, and he has both full-time and part-time experience as a CFO.
Uxbridge-based Walker Greenbank's shares were 1.7% lower on Wednesday morning in London at a price of 85.00 pence each.
