LONDON (Alliance News) - Walker Crips Group PLC on Wednesday said Mark Rushton, chief investment officer, will resign from the company at the end of February.
Rushton is also the wealth management firm's Investment Management unit chief executive.
Rushton said: "It has been a privilege to play my part in the leadership of Walker Crips, a company I described seven years ago as a 'hidden gem' in the City."
The company did not disclose the reason of Rushton's departure.
Walker Crips shares were untraded on Wednesday, last quoted at 32.75 pence each.
