(Alliance News) - Walcom Group Ltd on Monday said Yong Chian Tan intends to step down as a director of the company, with effect from January 1.
In addition, Walcom said it remains in discussions with Chief Executive Officer Francis Chi over the provision of a loan to help stabilise its working capital position. It expects to make a further announcement prior to the end of December 2019.
Earlier this month, the animal feed additives firm warned it could go out of business if new funding is not secured.
Shares closed untraded at 0.35 pence on Monday.
