LONDON (Alliance News) - Pharmeceutical company Proteome Sciences PLC said Friday that Vulpes Life Sciences Fund purchased 171,000 shares at a price of 2.85 pence per share on Wednesday.
Shares in Proteome were up 15% at 3.55 pence on Friday.
Following the transaction, Vulpes now holds a direct and indirect interest in 55.4 million shares, reflecting a 19% stake in the company.
Martin Diggle, a director at both Vulpes and Proteome, now holds an interest in all 55.4 million shares.
