LONDON (Alliance News) - Gresham House Energy Storage Fund PLC said Wednesday that VT Gravis Funds ICVC and Newton Investment Management Ltd modified their stake in the firm.
After a deal completed on November 14, VT took its stake in the company to 5.89%. Its previous interest, if any, was not disclosed.
On November 19, Newton concluded a deal which resulted in its stake in the company at 8.66%. It was not disclosed how many shares it held previously, if any.
Gresham House Energy Storage Fund shares closed untraded at 102.64 pence each on Wednesday.
