(Alliance News) - Vordere PLC requested for its shares to be temporarily suspended from trading on London Stock Exchange's main market so it could accurately assess its financial position, the property investor and developer said Friday.
The company, which recently acquired six German properties for EUR52.3 million, initially planned to issue 277.9 million new ordinary shares.
Vordere said it intends to make an application for the unlisted shares to be admitted to the regulator's official trade list, allowing shares to be available on the London Stock Exchange.
