LONDON (Alliance News) - Turnaround specialist Volvere PLC said Tuesday it completed a share buyback which was fully taken up.
The company bought back 550,254 ordinary shares at 1,102 pence each, returning GBP6.1 million to shareholders.
Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Lander and Chief Operating Officer Nicholas Lander participated in the buyback, selling in aggregate 487,419 shares.
Following the buyback, Volvere has 6.2 million shares in issue and 3.1 million in the treasury.
Volvere announced the buyback last week, stating its intention to repurchase up to 550,254 shares, representing 15% of the company's issue share capital.
Volvere shares were trading flat at 1,085.0 pence on Tuesday.
