LONDON (Alliance News) - Actual Experience PLC on Friday said its digital user software has been successfully evaluated by Vodafone Group PLC to assess deployment capability on universal customer premises equipment.
Universal customer premises equipment is a remotely manageable gateway server to be deployed by a service provider at customer site so as to enable the delivery of a variety of services.
The analytics-as-a-service company said it anticipates this equipment to both "significantly" reduce the sales cycle for customer engagement and increase the speed of deployments.
Actual Experience's digital quality analytics could now be easily and quickly deployed on next generation universal customer premises equipment, such as Vodafone.
"I am delighted to be able to announce Actual Experience's success in Vodafone's evaluation of the deployment capability of our digital user software onto their universal customer premises equipment devices," said Chief Executive Dave Page.
"For us, this represents the first publicly announced step towards being built into all customer deployments for a partner," added Page.
Actual Experience shares were trading 2.7% lower on Friday at 180.00 pence each.
