LONDON (Alliance News) - Vodafone Group PLC Monday said its offer for Kabel Deutschland Holding AG has completed, giving it a 76.57% stake, and it has now started talks on a domination and profit and loss transfer agreement with the German company.
Vodafone shares were up 0.8% at 221.45 pence Monday morning.
