Virgin Money UK Chair Pettigrew To Step Down In September 2021

24th Jan 2020 07:45

(Alliance News) - Virgin Money UK PLC said Friday that Chair Jim Pettigrew will retire in September 2021 as per the group's board succession plan and corporate governance practice.

Pettigrew has been in his role at Virgin Money UK - formerly known as CYBG - for six years since 2014, and has been part of the FTSE 250-lender for eight years since 2012. His most recent executive role was as chief executive officer of finance broker CMC Markets PLC from 2007 to 2009.

Virgin Money UK has started a search process to find a successor to Pettigrew and allow for an orderly handover.
