VietNam's Former Board Agrees To Repay UDS125,000 Over Bonuses

7th Sep 2018 11:51

LONDON (Alliance News) - VietNam Holding Ltd on Friday said it reached an agreement with the previous board over bonus payments.

The previous board has agreed to repay USD125,000, an amount in excess of the final bonus paid to the former chairperson at the time of the annual general meeting held in 2017.

The investment fund said at the time of interim report, released in March, it failed in the disclosure of these bonuses. VietNam Holdings said it paid USD100,000 bonus to the former Chairman the day before she stepped down in September last year.

Shares in VietNam Holdings were trading 0.4% lower on Friday at USD2.56 each.
