LONDON (Alliance News) - Flooring manufacturer Victoria PLC on Thursday said Philippe Hamers has been appointed as its new chief executive, effective from March 20.
Hamers joins from Balta Group, the Belgian carpet manufacturer, where he was general manager for its residential, commercial and non-woven business.
"We are delighted to have such a well-known and highly regarded industry figure enhance further our strong management team at Victoria," said Geoff Wilding, Victoria's executive chairman.
Victoria shares were untraded on Thursday morning, having last traded at 351.00 pence.
