LONDON (Alliance News) - Pharmaceutical company Vernalis PLC on Tuesday said it and partner Laboratoires Servier, a French pharmaceuticals group, have reached a new milestone in their oncology collaboration.
The pair are working together using Vernalis's drug discovery platform on a number of oncology targets. The milestone reached in the collaboration relates to an undisclosed target, Vernalis said, and the financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
"We are extremely pleased to achieve another milestone from this very successful partnership with Servier, and we look forward to further success from this relationship," said Vernalis Chief Executive Ian Garland.
Shares in Vernalis were up 0.8% to 47.38 pence.
