LONDON (Alliance News) - Venture Life Group PLC said Thursday that its Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary James Hunter has informed the board of his intention to leave the company to pursue a new opportunity.
Hunter will remain in his role until the end of November, at which time he will also step down from the board.
Venture Life said it has initiated a recruitment process to appoint a new chief financial officer and will provide a further update on this in due course.
Shares in Venture Life were untraded Thursday, last closing at 55.05 pence.
