Venn Life Sciences Searching For New Finance Chief As Hartshorn Leaves

LONDON (Alliance News) - Venn Life Sciences Holdings PLC said Wednesday that Finance Director Jonathan Hartshorn will leave the company, effective immediately, to pursue "other opportunities".

While Venn Life looks for a successor, Chief Executive Tony Richardson will take over Hartshorn's responsibilities.

Shares were down 1.7% on Wednesday at 8.70 pence each.
