LONDON (Alliance News) - Venn Life Sciences Holdings PLC on Monday said it has appointed Kees Groen as an executive director, following the completion of its acquisition of Kinesis Pharma.
Venn, which provides clinical trial services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies, said Groen is the founder and managing director of Kinesis.
Venn struck a deal to acquire Netherlands-based Kinesis, which provides speciality consultancy services around the chemical-pharmaceutical, non-clinical and early development of drug products, in September for up to EUR6.5 million.
Shares in Venn were untraded early Monday, having last traded at 23.50 pence.
